Craig Ritter is president and owner of Ritter Insurance Marketing. For the past 11 years, Craig has invited agents and carriers to the Summits, an annual gathering to launch upcoming Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and Life & Annuity products.
Carrying 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Craig has built a national Field Marketing Organization that serves thousands of agents with a client base totaling more than $100 million in Medicare Supplement premium and nearly 316,000 Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollees.
The Summits are Craig's annual opportunity to reconnect with his "family" of agents and tease what the company has planned for the next year.
Craig holds a degree in Finance from Penn State (’92), is a member of NAHU, and is on the board of NAIFA of Greater Harrisburg. He resides in Harrisburg with his wife, Heidi, and his children, Quinn, Callie, and Cash.
Alacie Whigham is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She made her way to Atlanta to attend Clark Atlanta University. Once there, Alacie studied mass media arts and communications and made her mark with various internships with major news networks. Following graduation, she took an opportunity that exposed her to the world of health insurance sales, and she ended up changing her entire career path. It was there that she realized that assisting seniors and Medicare recipients with understanding their health care options was a genuine passion of hers.
Currently, Alacie has 10 years of Medicare sales experience under her belt. She has been with Centene/Allwell for two years. Her passion and drive to assist the senior community with plan selection is stronger than ever! She is committed to having a successful Annual Enrollment Period and hopes each of you will contract to sell Allwell products this year!
Renee Millstone has 10 years of successful sales and marketing experience in managed care. She began her career as an independent broker in the highly competitive Florida market. She relocated her business to Atlanta and simultaneously took on the role of marketing consultant for a national FMO. During that time, she used her sales skills and marketing experience to assist brokers in developing their independent agencies. She was recruited by Anthem as a territory developer to assist in creating sales and marketing opportunities for Anthem’s employed sales team. She joined the Cigna-HealthSpring team in 2018 as the broker sales manager for the Georgia market. Renee currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Georgia chapter of the National Association of Healthcare Underwriters.
One of Renee’s passions is helping our nation's veterans. She is proud to serve on the Executive Board of Directors for the Veterans Empowerment Organization, which is a non-profit that provides housing and services to homeless veterans and helps them become self-sufficient members of their community.
For over 10 years, Tanya Huff has been Aetna’s marketing head of sales for Georgia and Alabama. Tanya, a seasoned sales veteran, was key in Georgia’s rise to becoming the number one agent-producing state through exponentially increasing Aetna’s total agent membership.
As marketing head of sales, she strives to develop and execute sustainable, client-driven sales strategies so that clients may be champions to Aetna products. Tanya is looking forward to sharing exclusive details about Aetna’s 2020 plans at this year’s Summit!
As the Humana broker relationship manager for outstate Georgia, C. Patrick Murray is focused on working with direct independent agents to develop and grow their Humana book of business. Since 2009, when he started at Humana as an individual sales executive, C. Patrick has worked hard to aid Georgians in their Medicare sales endeavors.
This year at the Summit, C. Patrick is excited to share even more insight into how to grow your Humana book of business!
David 'Rusty' Lamb is the Humana broker relationship manager for the Metro Atlanta region. While working at Humana since 2010, he has worked with partners throughout the Metro Atlanta area to develop and grow their Humana book of business.
David’s team is collaborating with Ritter Insurance Marketing to offer more opportunities to Humana agents. He is very excited to share these new prospects at this year's Summit!
Leigh Turner-Cantrell is the current director of sales for UnitedHealthcare Medicare and Retirement for North Georgia. Through her 14 years of insurance experience, she has gone from being an independent agent to managing a team of sales professionals. She has spent the last 10 years in a variety of management roles with UnitedHealthcare, from training agents to setting sales strategy. Currently, she has a team of six individuals dedicated to helping independent agents grow their Medicare business with UnitedHealthcare in the North Georgia market.
Fun fact about Leigh: Before working in insurance, she was an avid golfer. She attended Furman University on a full golf scholarship. After graduating, she played professionally for two years.
Maureen Riley has been with Humana for 10 years now, and she currently holds the role of broker relationship executive. She previously worked as a direct sales agent and has spent the last nine years working to support Humana’s external agents and brokers.
She is looking forward to speaking at this year’s Summits and meeting new agents along the way!
For the past three years, Sylvia Smith has been employed by Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. Her career started 27 years ago in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she held numerous roles with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Her latest position before her move to Georgia was as the broker team lead of the Medicare/individual division.
In Sylvia’s current capacity as a regional sales manager, her main goal is to bring awareness of the products offered by the Anthem BlueCross BlueShield Medicare division. Sylvia is looking forward to an amazing selling season and is working hard with the team at Ritter Insurance Marketing!
