Craig Ritter is president and owner of Ritter Insurance Marketing. For the past 11 years, Craig has invited agents and carriers to the Summits, an annual gathering to launch upcoming Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and Life & Annuity products.
Carrying 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Craig has built a national Field Marketing Organization that serves thousands of agents with a client base totaling more than $100 million in Medicare Supplement premium and nearly 316,000 Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollees.
The Summits are Craig's annual opportunity to reconnect with his "family" of agents and tease what the company has planned for the next year.
Craig holds a degree in Finance from Penn State (’92), is a member of NAHU, and is on the board of NAIFA of Greater Harrisburg. He resides in Harrisburg with his wife, Heidi, and his children, Quinn, Callie, and Cash.
Sherri Stoklasa is the WellCare district sales manager for Downstate New York. She joined the WellCare family in April 2018. As the DSM for the broker Medicare sales channel, she is WellCare’s extended hands for broker support in the field, product training, and all things Medicare. Included in her FMO portfolio is Ritter Insurance Marketing!
Sherri is a licensed life/health agent. She is noted for her Medicare product and compliance knowledge. Her ability to remove the complexities has enabled her brokers/agents to sell MA plans with ease and confidence. Prior to entering the Medicare sales world, Sherri was in the finance industry for 25 years. During her career in finance, she was an investment and business development banker and branch manager. After a long and successful banking career, she decided to become an independent life insurance agent, which opened the door to the wonderful world of Medicare.
Sherri is a volunteer for Citymeals-on-Wheels and partners with her community’s local organizations to help educate seniors on benefit programs.
Eddie Casas is the Medicare sales director for EmblemHealth. Eddie started at EmblemHealth in July 2017 as the sales director for the broker channel and internal sales teams in Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Ulster, Sullivan, and Dutchess counties.
Eddie began his career in the health care industry in 2002 as a community liaison with Oxford Health Plan and was quickly promoted to being a sales agent at Oxford, continuing through their acquisition by UnitedHealthcare. In January 2006, Eddie became the sales manager for Humana, where he was responsible for New York City, Upstate New York, Maine, and New Hampshire.
Prior to his career in health care, Eddie spent 10 years in the music industry as a product manager, booking agent, and road manager, and has experience working in college radio promotions for Duck Down Records and Priority Records.
With a core passion for community engagement, development, and growth, Alnando Nieves now joins Healthfirst as their broker sales manager. Alnando served in management roles across multiple spectrums of sales — from overseeing a community engagement team that provided individually tailored agent support and strategies, to managing a sales team with the principles needed to ensure they became a staple of the community they served.
Alnando joins the team at Healthfirst to trailblaze in furthering broker/member engagement. As we grow through trust, our aim is to provide all brokers the white glove service they deserve, so together we can better serve our members.
Robert Rothschild is the Aetna Medicare broker manager for the New York metropolitan area. The territories he oversees include Long Island, the five boroughs of West Chester, and Rockland and Putnam counties. Before starting with Aetna, Robert was an independent broker working in the small group and individual life insurance market.
Robert's degree is in sports management and accounting, and he holds an MBA with a business concentration. He is looking forward to speaking at this year’s Summits and meeting new agents from the area!
Judy Gee has worked with Ritter Insurance Marketing to support agents and agencies in the northeast market for six years, and she has been in the Medicare market for 10 years and counting. She was a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual for nine years and understands the experiences and challenges that agents face in the field.
Judy lives in Syracuse, New York with her husband and two children. She’s looking forward to continued success with Ritter and partnering with new agents in 2020!
Mike Bully has been a senior market manager covering Long Island for almost two years. He has been in the Medicare industry for over 11 years, nine of which serving as an agent for Humana in southern Florida.
He’s excited to be here to show the benefits of Humana as well as making it easy for brokers to do business with Humana.
Nadine Taylor has been working in the health insurance industry for the past 11 years and has been with Humana for the past two years. As a Queens, New York, native, she worked heavily in the borough as a Humana career agent from 2017 to 2018. In July of 2018, she transitioned into the role as Humana’s broker relationship manager for Downstate New York.
She continues to work closely with the broker community to promote Medicare products and to grow the Humana brand in New York.
